You’re Good At:

• You assist in building sales, guest traffic and increasing profits.
• You assist in financial results and setting the strategy for managers and restaurant.       
• You inspect quality of food preparation and service; food appearance; and cleanliness and sanitation of production and service areas, equipment and employee appearance.

• You drive a culture of building sales through great execution and building profits by focusing on the details. 
• You ensure teammates have the proper tools to succeeded.    
• You are familiar with ordering/inventory processing and payroll.
• You demonstrate the ability to identify talent within and outside of the restaurant. 
• You like hiring, developing, evaluating and performance management of the kitchen team.
• You like maintaining a budgeted food cost & daily/weekly inventory levels.
• You like creating teammates schedules.
• You prepare thoroughly and strive for perfection. 
• You practice what you preach.
